  1. Specific Asanas for strengthening the spine and the pectoral muscles will be taught due to the various physiological changes during the pregnancy.​

  2. The stretching of the spine is important for the neurological development of the child. If you are neurologically more sensitive, that reflects upon the child also.

Duration : 3 sessions 2 Hours each​
